1. How is the purchase process?
To make the purchase process you must register in our online store https://us.jolieminicouture.com/account/login?return_url=%2Faccount Once registered, you can enter with your username and password. Select the product you want, the color and then the size and add it to the shopping cart. Once you have all the products in the cart you must click on "Checkout" and continue with the process.
2. Is the website only in English?
No. The web page is in English by default with prices in Dollars and also in Spanish with prices in Colombian Pesos, you can choose the language of preference in the second icon on the top right “user” in the “Language” option. You must keep in mind that if you are in Colombia you must choose Spanish language and if you are outside Colombia you must choose English language.
3. Which carriers does Jolie Mini Couture work with?
The companies responsible for domestic shipments (Colombia) are Fedex, Deprisa or Servientrega, depending on the destination city. For international shipments we work with DHL.
4. How can I track my shipment?
You can track your order on the website of the company in charge of your shipment with the tracking number provided by us in your order confirmation email.
5. What is the delivery time of my order?
The delivery time for Barranquilla, Medellin, Cali, Bogota, Santa Marta and Cartagena is 2 to 3 business days. For the rest of the country, we will deliver your order within 3 to 5 business days. The delivery time will start counting from the confirmation of your payment.
6. I did not receive my order, what can I do?
If you did not receive your order within the stipulated time, please send us an email to info@jolieminicouture.com to verify what happened, and we will contact you to give you an answer as soon as possible!
7. What should I do if I want to change the delivery address?
To change the address please send us an email to info@jolieminicouture.com, this may cause your order to take approximately 2 business days longer than normally stipulated.
8. Can I change my order once I have paid for it?
Before your purchases have been prepared for shipment, we may cancel an item, change the size, or edit your billing and shipping information. However, we cannot combine orders or add pieces to an existing order once it has been placed. If you need to make any changes, please contact our customer service at info@jolieminicouture.com.
9. How can I return or exchange a product?

10. If I make a return, can you refund the value of my order?
All returned merchandise will be refunded at full value. The shipping cost will not be refunded. Please note that it may take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
11. I chose a model but the size I am looking for does not appear, what does this mean?
If the product you chose does not appear in the size you are looking for is out of stock, however you can send us an email indicating the model and size you are looking for and we will confirm if we have the fabric available to produce it.
12. How do I become a Jolie Mini Couture distributor?
It is very easy to become a distributor of our brand, you must register by entering https://us.jolieminicouture.com/pages/stockists-stores, fill out your information and you will receive an email with the information.
13. What are the payment options?
Our payment gateway is PayU where you can pay by debit card, credit card, via Baloto or Efecty.
14. What are the sizes of Jolie Mini Couture?
Our sizing has been carefully developed by the brand taking into account the age of each girl, her weight and average height according to age, that is why if the girl is for example 6 years old the recommended size would be 6, unless she is very tall or of thick build we recommend one size more, however you can consult our size guide at https://us.jolieminicouture.com/pages/size-guide where we also tell you how you can take the measurements.
15. If the size I am looking for does not appear in the options or my daughter is over 12 years old, can I place a custom order?
