Shipping and Handling
Below you will find the shipping and handling policies for your order once it has been received:
1. Notification and Confirmation: As soon as we receive your order, we will promptly send a confirmation email to your designated email address. If you do not receive it, please email us with the payment confirmation at info@jolieminicouture.com, or you can contact our customer service line in Colombia at +57 301 5647411. In case of any processing delay, you will be notified by email.
2. Product Availability: If there is an error in our inventory system, and we do not have the size or requested product, we will notify you by email. If, as a result of this incident, you request the total or partial cancellation of your order, we will process the refund within the next 7 business days after the purchase date.
3. Shipping: We ship domestic orders through Fedex or Deprisa, and international orders are sent via DHL. Your order will be dispatched the next business day after receiving it. Once your package has been shipped, a unique tracking number will be sent to your designated email address. You can track your package by clicking on the link provided in the email.
4. Delivery Issues: In the event that the carrier cannot deliver the package due to a change of address or lack of reception, a second delivery attempt will be made. If it still cannot be delivered, the package will return to our offices in Barranquilla, and the re-shipping cost must be borne by the buyer.
5. Delivery Times: It can be expected that all deliveries will arrive within 2 to 5 business days from the shipping date. The time will depend on the destination city. For Express shipping requests, you can contact us at info@jolieminicouture.com or our customer service line at +57 301 5647411.
6. Shipping Costs: The cost of shipping within the national territory will be covered by Jolie Mini Couture. For international shipments, we charge a standard shipping cost.
7. Taxes and Duties*: As the recipient, you are responsible for all customs duties and taxes corresponding to the country to which the shipment is being sent. Payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs upon arrival.

Returns and Exchanges
1. Time Frame: You have 30 days from the date of your purchase or invoice to make an exchange or return. After this period, such exchange or return cannot be processed.
2. Procedure: For exchanges or returns, you must contact us via email at info@jolieminicouture.com or through the mobile number +57 301 5647411 to explain the procedure.
3. Shipping Costs: The customer must cover the shipping costs for the exchange or return. The customer will be directly responsible for sending the product to our facilities. In the case of an exchange, the customer assumes the shipping cost, and Jolie Mini Couture covers the shipping cost of the new product.
4. Product Condition: For exchanges and returns, it is necessary that the products have not been used, are in perfect condition, and retain the labels and the invoice. It's essential to note that discounted products are non-exchangeable and non-returnable.
5. Availability: If the product for which an exchange is desired, whether for size or reference, is not in inventory, we will issue a coupon to the customer for the net value of the product(s), excluding transportation costs. All exchanges are sent back once the exchanged product is in the JOLIE MINI COUTURE facilities within 1-5 business days. We only authorize exchanges for purchases made through the website www.jolieminicouture.com or in our official store. We do not accept or authorize exchanges for purchases made through other distributors. In such cases, we recommend contacting the distributor or store directly. The expenses generated from product exchanges are not covered by JOLIE MINI COUTURE.
6. Money Refund: The price recognized for the exchange is the same as the value paid at the time of purchase. There will be no adjustments to prices in the event that any product is discounted.
7. Warranties: If the user receives a defective or damaged product, JOLIE MINI COUTURE is responsible for the relevant exchange and shipping costs, provided that the request is made within 30 calendar days from the purchase or invoice generation. For all warranties, the product undergoes a review process by our quality department. If it is determined to be a manufacturing error, we will proceed to replace the product with the same reference if available. If the product is, for any reason, out of stock, we will issue a coupon for the net value of the product to be redeemed for any other product on the website. This review may take up to 15 business days from the request date.
